Electrode Blue Demon Aluminium Alloy Rods ER4043
PRODUCT ENQUIRY
Description
Sold per kg in 2.27kg Pkt or 22 Count Handi Pack
Blue Demon ER4043 is a general purpose type aluminium welding wire. It is one of the oldest and most widely used welding and brazing alloys. This aluminium alloy contains silicon additives, which result in improved fluidity (wetting action) of the weld pool and also produces a weld less sensitive to cracking. Its bright weld finish makes it a popular choice of welders. ER4043 can be used to weld various grades of aluminum.

MMA Welding Technique:
MMA informally known as stick welding, is one of the older forms of arc welding. Inexpensive and easy to perform in a wide variety of environments, this aluminium welding technique is often reserved for small fabrication shops and hobby welders but can be used to weld aluminum together smoothly. The key is to use a more powerful, direct current welder and an aluminium electrode. By welding quickly, without giving the metal too much contact with the arc, the aluminium can be bound quickly.
