Chemtools CT-ASC Prep-Solv Fault Finder Metal Cleaner & Degreaser. CT-ASC-240 Cleaner for the Fault finder kit Chemtools® Prep-Solv Metal Cleaner & Degreaser is a blend of fast drying aliphatic solvents formulated to effectively penetrate and dissolve oils, greases, and other soils found in industrial production areas. It does not contain CFCs or chlorinated solvents such as trichloroethylene. It dries quickly and leaves no visible residues. It can be used as a wipe cleaner for the removal of finger prints, machine oil, and greases prior to welding, and to remove anti-spatter residues before painting. CT-ASC will clean a diverse range of oils, coolants, greases, and waxes. It is compatible with most metals including steel, stainless steels, aluminium and alloys, and, copper and alloys. This product is flammable and should not be used around live electrical equipment or other sources of possible ignition.
