  • MIGarc Mig Wire Copper Free is a non-copper coated, gas-shielded  all positional mig wire that produces less fumes, lower spatter but with excellent feed and a higher resistance of the weld rusting. This solid wire is Copper Free, making it a safer, more environmentally friendly option. MIGarc Mig Wire Copper Free is equivalent in technical specifications to Copper-coated ER70S-6 and in characteristics, but with better performance, More importantly, this wire produces no harmful copper fumes, significantly reducing health risks of copper exposure. MIGarc copper free welding wire is a high-tech welding consumable which has been applied in a wide array of industries. Pressure vessel, engineering machinery, steel structure, petrochemical engineering, shipbuilding etc.
    Stable wire feeding Because there is no copper plating on the surface, copper shavings will not build up in the wire feeder or torch liner to the contact tip, this also prolongs torch consumable life. Stable wire feeding can be maintained for a long time, even at a high welding speeds. At the same time, a higher welding deposition efficiency can be obtained.
