Blue Demon ER90S-B3 Tig wire is a Chrome-Moly rod used for joining 2.5% Cr - 1% Mo creep resistant steels, frequently used for piping in the petroleum industry and for elevated temperature service.
Pre-heat is necessary and a post-weld heat treatment is usually required. Also used for joining dissimilar combinations of Cr-Mo and carbon steels.
