Plasma Gouging:
The plasma gouging process provides a rapid, economic and easier method of removing metal compared to traditional gouging by carbon electrodes. It reduces smoke emissions and eliminates the high noise levels produced with the carbon gouging process.
Smart Start Transfer:
Innovative electronic arc striking transitions gradually from pilot arc to cutting arc, ensuring the immediate stability of the plasma beam for longer life of the torch and consumables.
Smart End Cutting:
At the end of the cutting process, the current gradually powers down in an efficient way. This power down minimises noise at the end of the cut, this also eliminates the need to manually separate each piece, avoiding damage to cut surface ends.
