Global Mig 500WS is an industrial welding machine equipped with a high-powered "Copper" primary & secondry wound transformer. Designed for heavy duty workloads the industrial rated power source and 4 roll drive, water cooled wire feeder offers duty cycles normally found only in the more expensive fully thyristor controlled type equipment.

With a rated Duty Cycle of 60% @ 430amps, the Global Mig 500WS provides excellent arc characteristics for all types of wires especially Flux Cored wires (E71T-1 x 1.2mm) by utilising the 40 voltage settings and 3 inductance tappings and combined with the 4 Roll drive enclosed wire feeder makes this machine an excellent choice for heavy industrial workshops.

Standard features include: Water cooled wire feeder, Euro connector, digital volt & ampere meter with memory, burn-back control, 2T / 4T, spot weld function, pre & post flow gas control & cold wire feed, analogue feedback control of wire feed speed.
