Global ARC 170 Inverter

Global ARC 170 Stick Electrode Inverter is designed to offer reliability & high quality welding performance. The European Design utilizes IGBT Inverter Technology and is backed with a 2 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. These industrial Inverters are designed for use on Construction Sites, Fabrication Workshops & Heavy Engineering Environments.

The Global ARC 170 Inverter provides an excellent welding duty cycle; 60% @ 140amp.

The package comes complete with a Heavy Duty 4m Arc Set (25mm cable, 10/25mm Dinse connectors, Earth Clamp & Electrode Holder), Carry Strap & weighing only 5.9kg makes it perfect for site work.

Functions include: Thermal Overload Protection with LED indicator, Hot Start (for ease of electrode starting), Arc Force (helps stabilize the arc when welding with Low Hydrogen and high OCV type Electrodes), Anti Stick (decreases the welding current automatically to 10amps should the electrode short circuit), Can be used in conjunction with a mobile generator (8KVa is recommended) for site work, Remote Amperage Control is available
