The New Weldbrush Revolutionises Stainless Weld Cleaning
April 2009
Imagine instantly cleaning stainless welds with a safe, food-grade solution while passivating the surface much more effectively than caustic 'pickling paste.'
Imagine no longer! The new Keztek Weldbrush does all this and it's now available exclusively in the North Island through GWS at an amazing low price of NZ $3,380 +GST! We'll also give you 5 replacements brushes and a 1 litre bottle of cleaning solution FREE. And remember, the Weldbrush carries a 12-month warranty.
Here's how it works
Simply prepare a small amount of cleaning solution (a dilute of phosphoric acid) at a rate of one part water to one part solution. Phosphoric acid is commonly used in the manufacturing of soft drinks and other foods.
Next, attach the earth lead to the object to be cleaned and turn on the small power unit. Set the power and grade settings in accordance to manufacturer's instructions. Then dip the revolutionary 'conductive' brush into the solution and 'paint' across the surface to be cleaned. The flexibility of the brush head allows for complete cleaning across smooth and uneven welds alike.
The Weldbrush instantly removes 'tea stains’ and heat marks while creating a much more corrosive resistant surface than commonly used 'pickling pastes.'
Applications
Due to the corrosion resistant surface created by the Weldbrush, the marine industry benefit greatly due the affects of sea salt. Simply apply to any tea stained or salt corroded stainless surface to reveal a like-new appearance.
The food and wine industries also benefit from the lack of poisonous chemicals needed in cleaning with the Weldbrush. The hazardous nature of other cleaning solutions such as 'pickling paste' is now under intense safety scrutiny and governmental regulations.
The Weldbrush is, however, suited to just about any type of industry involving stainless welding. The cost advantages, health and safety benefits and the 'environmental friendliness' make this amazing machine truly unique.
